Samara was raised in Chapel Hill, NC and has always loved Wilmington and the area beaches.  Lucky her, she was afforded the opportunity to move to Wilmington permanently in 2012, and she absolutely loves living so close to the ocean. She started her practice, Samara Holistic Massage in April of 2021, and is super excited for its evolution into Embody Holistic Healing Massage and Bodywork. Her specialties are Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Therapeutic massage, but she enjoys providing a range of modalities and is always learning new things. When she's not working, she loves to garden, cook and spend time with her friends and family.  Whenever possible she loves to be outdoors, and enjoys kayaking, cycling, swimming, and exploring the surrounding islands. She believes that in helping others we help ourselves, and has a deep-seated passion for service in the community.  The amazing diversity in our world is part of what makes life interesting and fascinating, and she works hard to provide a space where everyone is welcome, safe, and affirmed in who they are.

Ren has been involved in the healing arts since becoming a registered yoga instructor in 2012. She has been a Reiki Master for 10 years and certified Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner for 8 years, inspiring her to become a licensed massage therapist in 2021. Ren now offers an integrated style of massage ranging from light to deep pressure, more subtle energetic techniques, stretching, and manual lymph drainage, all based on the needs and preferences of each client.

Rebecca, a NY native, fell in love with the charming Coastal Carolina in 2001. Rooting herself in beautiful Wilmington, she graduated from Cape Fear Community College with a major in Arts. She found herself adventuring in nature & the vast local recreational opportunities. With a newly found active lifestyle she began working for Gold's Gym where she gained a better understanding and new found appreciation of the human body. After receiving therapeutic bodywork and seeing the profound benefits & improvements it offered she made a career change to help others in the same way. Graduating from the College of Wilmington with her massage and Bodywork license, Rebecca blossomed into intuitive healing with attention to detail. Rebecca invests in whole body well-being. Delivering high quality tailored specialty services such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hotstone, Asian Cupping and IASTM/ Guasha. In Rebecca's down time you would find her painting, cleaning up our beaches and spending time with her loveable animals.
