Welcome to Embody Holistic Healing!

We are a group of established bodywork practitioners who just moved in at 401 Chestnut St. Suite E, in beautiful downtown Wilmington, NC.  At Embody Holistic Healing, the Holistic Triangle - Mind, Body, Spirit, is at the heart of every treatment.  With a focus on mending and supporting the body's natural defenses and healing abilities, we work with our clients to come up with a treatment plan that fits their individual needs and goals.  We customize each massage and treatment specifically for the client, and work with intention to create a healing, relaxing, compassionate, and safe space for everyone.  

The office is located at 401 Chestnut Street. It has off-street parking - you will need to get a pass from your practitioner to display on your windshield during your appointment. Just like at our Randall Parkway location, we are on the second floor, but there is an elevator in the courtyard!
